Our office has started a shoe drive to help Soles4Souls, an amazing organization that donates gently used shoes to those in need across the entire world. We are accepting any gently used shoes of any size in our office, simply stop by and drop them off in our lobby before April 21, 2017.
By donating to Soles4Souls, you are helping both children and adults in need. They have distributed over 30 million pairs of shoes since 2006 to all 50 states and an additional 127 countries. They work to Wear Out Poverty by providing short-term relief and long term solutions, as well as distribute shoes after natural disasters.
Every day, children are unable to go to school and adults are prevented from working simply because of their lack of access to shoes. In developing nations, a new pair of shoes means protection from diseases and the ability to go to school or work for many. Soles4Souls also provides impoverished entrepreneurs the ability to start small businesses through their micro-enterprise model.
If you have any gently used shoes to donate, please stop by our office to drop them off. It is for a great cause, and helps millions of children and adults every year around the world.
