Additionally, appointments will not be moved last minute unless Dr. Charnota has a true emergency. We have seen other doctors / offices cancel an entire day of patients with short notice to the patients, but we assure you that this will never be our policy.

Emergency after-hours calls will be handled directly by Dr. Charnota, so you do not have to bother waiting through answering services, nurses or answering machines to get a hold of your surgeon. After all, who wants to wait around in an emergency?
